"Saturday Night Live" brought back its political parodies this weekend, with Kate McKinnon portraying Attorney General Jeff Sessions in the open.

The skit was a spoof of "Forrest Gump."

"I always say life is like a box of chocolates. Sure are a whole lot of brown ones in there," McKinnon says, poking fun at allegations targeting Sessions as a racist.

The segment comes after Sessions recused himself on Thursday from any investigations related to the 2016 presidential campaign.

The viral photo from this week of Kellyanne Conway kneeling on an Oval Office couch also made its way into the skit.
