During his exclusive interview with "Fox & Friends," President Donald Trump said he believes former President Barack Obama is behind the recent string of anti-Trump protests sweeping the nation.

"I think that President Obama is behind it because his people are certainly behind it, and some of the leaks possibly come from that group," Trump said.

The president said he understands what's going on, since he is attempting to undo much of the legislation Obama implemented. He also said these protests will likely continue because "it's politics."

"I'm not really surprised because I understand the way the world works," Trump said.
