Michelle Malkin is appalled but not surprised by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision to uphold the block on President Donald Trump's travel ban.

On "Hannity" tonight, Malkin said it's outrageous that three federal appeals judges on the most liberal court in America could trump the president's fundamental duty to protect America.

"It just shows you that judicial tyranny has run amok," she said. "These men and women in black robes ... need to be reined in. The American people no longer have a voice in immigration."

Malkin argued that the left has been "infesting" law schools and academia for decades, creating activist judges and lawyers at all levels of the judicial system.

"I think this is a wake-up call and a call to arms for all young patriots out there who are trying to figure out what to do in their lives," she said.

"We need Constitution-based law students out there to try and claim back that balance."
