Actress Melissa McCarthy imitated White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer and held a mock press briefing during the weekend's episode of "Saturday Night Live."

The skit pokes fun at what have been several contentious press briefings between Spicer and members of the media.

At the Super Bowl on Sunday, "Fox & Friends" co-host Brian Kilmeade caught up with Spicer to hear his take on the imitation.

"It was cute; it's funny," said Spicer, who then quickly changed his tone.

"I'd rather us talk about the issues that the president is so committed to helping Americans on. It's part of American culture," he said.
