Wednesday was National Signing Day as top high school football prospects officially signed on to play in college.
Illinois State University captured headlines for its talented recruiting class but more so due to the name of one of its recruits: Kobe Buffalomeat.
The unusual name quickly ascended to be one of the top trends on Twitter.
