From watching him on the football...and now baseball...field, we know Tim Tebow is full of surprises.

He recently used the element of surprise to bring joy to one of his biggest fans.

On Sunday, Tebow, who doubles as an SEC college football analyst and New York Mets minor-leaguer, showed up at the Atlanta home of 89-year-old Margaret Henderson , who describes herself as one of the world's biggest Tebow fans.

He greeted the grandmother with hugs and kisses. Henderson responded by saying how much she loves Tebow and his family.

The above video was originally tweeted by Henderson's granddaughter Jesse Henderson.
