Trump After Election Victory: 'It Is Time for Us to Come Together'

Stunned Democrats React to Trump's Presidential Election Victory

The 2016 election is in the books, and now that the dust has settled, the Republican Party holds the presidency, the Senate and the House.

Bret Baier says that one of the first items on the party's agenda will be repealing and replacing ObamaCare.

"They will be enabled to finally pass that repeal bill that made it to President Obama's desk that he vetoed," Baier said on "America's Newsroom" today.

He explained that it takes 60 votes in the Senate to pass bills, but with budget items, it only requires 51 votes.

"They will have that," Baier said, adding that "heads are exploding" among the Washington political elite this morning.
