What Did Clinton Campaign Chair Mean By 'Dump Emails' Before Subpoena?

Former FBI Assistant Director-In-Charge James Kallstrom joined Megyn Kelly to discuss his assertion that the Clintons are akin to an "organized crime family".

Last week he told former New York City mayoral candidate John Catsimatidis (R) that "the Clintons are a crime family, basically--It's like organized crime. The Clinton Foundation is a cesspool," according to The Hill newspaper.

On The Kelly File, Kallstrom criticized the alleged "pay-for-play" atmosphere surrounding the Clinton Foundation, saying that the organization gives a very small percentage of their funds to charity.

"The way they treated the Haitians is a classic example, where they collected all this money and very little went to Haiti--this goes on and on," he said, "Look at WikiLeaks...look at the emails themselves--the complicity of staff."

"The [original FBI] investigation was not a real investigation--no grand jury, no subpoenas, no search warrants. [Director James Comey] didn't stand up to the politics of this thing."

He clarified his statement by saying he did not blame the rank-and-file agents for the debacle.
