Hillary Clinton's campaign manager Robby Mook discussed the letter FBI Director James Comey sent to Congress regarding new emails discovered on Clinton aide Huma Abedin's computer, on Fox News Sunday.

The machine in question was shared between Abedin and her estranged husband, disgraced former Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.), who is under a separate investigation for suspicion of disseminating graphic images online with a minor.

Chris Wallace asked why Mook thought Comey made such a major decision right before a presidential election:

"We don't know--[Comey] may have not seen any emails at all," Mook said, "[He] owes it to the American people--releasing just a matter of days before the election--to provide all the information."

"You talk about responsibility," Wallace said, "Huma Abedin knows what's in those emails."

"The problem with what you're saying is, we don't know," Mook responded, "your guess is as good as anyone's."

Wallace pressed Mook on the topic once more: "Why wouldn't she ask Huma?"

"You and I are on the same page. I want to know what's in these emails too. [The letter] says nothing about Huma. [Comey] just said he has information that might be signficant, but we don't even know if it is."
