FAIR AND BALANCED... Don't miss the final presidential debate, moderated by Fox News' Chris Wallace, on Wednesday, October 19th at 9:00pm ET on Fox News Channel!
On "Fox & Friends" this morning, Judge Jeanine Pirro reacted to the revelation that a State Department official allegedly offered the FBI a “quid pro quo” to hide the full extent of Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified information.
Notes from an interview with an unnamed FBI official reveal the State Department Undersecretary for Management Patrick Kennedy tried to "horse-trade" with the FBI, offering additional slots for the bureau overseas if they would de-classify a particular Clinton email marked "secret."
"They are trying to declassify at the same time that Hillary is saying, 'I had no classified emails sent or received on my Blackberry,'" Judge Jeanine said.
"This isn't horse-trading. This isn't just a 'quid pro quo.' It's a bribe!" Judge Jeanine said. "If there is a preservation order and there is a subpoena, and you're trying to change something that is supposed to be preserved, that's a violation of the law."
"What their trying to do is save Hillary Clinton's butt. And that was their whole mission. It's not about us as Americans. It's not about the truth. It's very disappointing."
She said that the American people are fed up with this kind of behavior in Washington, and that's what the 2016 election is all about.
