FAIR AND BALANCED... Don't miss the final presidential debate, moderated by Fox News' Chris Wallace, on Wednesday, October 19th at 9:00pm ET on Fox News Channel!

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuiliani (R), an advisor to Donald Trump, discussed the state of his fellow New Yorker's presidential campaign with Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures.

Regarding the series of accusation in the past few weeks of women coming forward alleging sexual misconduct by Trump, Giuliani said that voters' common sense would tell them that "allegations like these don't emerge 27 days before an election from [multiple fronts]. And it's all, like, coincidental--with all of the WikiLeaks revelations about [Hillary Clinton], which allows the liberal press to bury [stories detrimental to Clinton].

"The WikiLeaks revelations are far more relevant, really," Giuiliani said, "Next year someone is going to be in the White House--either the taxes are going to go up... or down. The money is going to come out of my pocket...or going to be in my pocket," he said.

Giuliani also said that Trump's plan to expand the size of the military was a Reaganesque callback to the 40th president's mantra of "peace through strength":

"He wants 550,000 troops, [Clinton] wants to go to 420,000. He wants a Marine Corps with eight to ten more battalions...[Clinton's Naval plan] is incapable of...fighting a two-ocean war and we'll let China take over the South China Sea [where they are building artificial islands in disputed territory].

"[Trump] wants to be able to negotiate from strength--with the largest military in the world, incapable of being matched by anybody."

He also said he looked forward to the third presidential debate on Wednesday at 9 p.m., to be moderated by Chris Wallace, and was very interested to hear the candidates' responses to the specific topics the Fox News Sunday anchor said he has chosen.
