Sheriff Clarke: Anarchists Are 'Exploiting Poor People' to Start Riots

A man identified as the brother of Keith Scott yelled to reporters that "all white people are f***ing' devils," as he vented his anger over the Charlotte police shooting that has sparked two nights of riots

Just know that all white people are f***ing devils. Air that! All white cops are f***ing devils and white people," he screamed.

Earlier, the man told reporters that Scott, 43, was waiting in his car for his son to come home from school and an "undercover" police officer shot him Monday.

The officer in question was identified as Brentley Vinson, who is also African-American.

Scott's sister said he did not have a gun and was reading a book in his car when the officers ran up to his vehicle.

Charlotte police say Scott did indeed have a gun. In an exclusive interview last night, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Chief Kerr Putney told Megyn Kelly that “all the evidence” in the case supports the chronology reported by law enforcement.

“[There is] no doubt whatsoever that [Scott had a gun],” Putney said, dismissing accounts of some of Scott’s family that alleged the gun was “planted” by law enforcement.
