'You're Going to Rebuild': Trump Consoles Louisiana Flood Victims

Judge Jeanine: Donald Trump and Mike Pence 'Get It'

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump slammed President Obama for continuing his vacation in Martha’s Vineyard, Mass., instead of visiting victims of record flooding in Baton Rouge, La., and surrounding areas.

“Honestly, Obama ought to get off the golf course and get down there,” Trump said during a speech in Dimondale, Michigan.

Trump mentioned how he just returned from spending the day with victims himself.

“The devastation—they’ve never seen anything like it,” he said.

Trump also doubled down on his confidence of defeating Hillary Clinton in November:

“We are going to win…it’s going to be a victory for the people.”

Speaking about immigration, Trump compared Clinton to Germany’s chancellor, who has allowed a large number of Middle Eastern refugees to settle in the country.

“Hillary Clinton wants to be America’s Angela Merkel,” he said.
