A monkey in a diaper got loose outside an Ohio Walmart and (not surprisingly) the video of this is going viral.

Richelle Stewart, who recorded the video Sunday (above) with her cell phone, wrote on Facebook that the monkey had just "attacked a guy" outside the Lancaster store.

In the footage, the monkey appears to be climbing on shopping carts, where a Walmart employee is attempting to catch him.

The primate's owner then sprinted over to intervene, exchanges words with the man and walks away while holding the monkey's hand.

"Let him go, let him go, let him go! If he bites you, they will put him down," she told him.

Police did not take a report since the Walmart employee was not hurt.

Officials were reportedly trying to locate the woman to check on whether the monkey is registered.
