Sheriff Clarke: Black Lives Matter Should Be Classified as a Hate Group

A video posted to Facebook by two Virginia police officers is going viral and making people across the country smile.

Halifax County police officers Kevin Lands and Brian Warner posted the video, which shows Lands pull over a driver.

Instead of writing the nervous woman a ticket, however, he hands her ice cream cone, causing her to burst into laughter along with her passenger.

The video caption reads, "It's hot out there today so the Halifax Police Department decided to cool down some speeders. With ice cream."

Warner said they love their community and they wanted to put smiles on citizens' faces.
