Many people have noticed the lack of talk about ISIS and radical Islamic terror at the Democratic National Convention.

Hillary Clinton Press Secretary Brian Fallon went "On The Record" and said that's a "trumped up allegation."

He said that the campaign has been clear that each night of the convention has a specific theme, and tonight will focus on foreign policy and national security.

Fallon added that Clinton has not shied away from discussing ISIS on the campaign trail, and, unlike Donald Trump, she actually has specific policies.

"She's laid out a plan to defeat ISIS. Donald Trump says we're going to beat them, but he can't tell you how."

Fallon said that Clinton's ISIS strategy is an "intensification" of President Obama's, which will include a no-fly zone over Syria and an increase in efforts to combat online propaganda.
