What started as a dare has become an amazing viral video sensation.
Star Swain was with family and friends at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. on June 16 when she joked that the memorial's impressive acoustics would make it a great place to sing national anthem.
Her friends agreed and urged her to give it a shot.
She launched into an impromptu performance of "The Star-Spangled Banner," stopping people in their tracks.
When a video of the performance was posted online, it immediately went viral and turned the 34-year-old assistant principal into a singing sensation.
