The wait is over...

Megyn Kelly sat down with presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump for an interview that you can see a week from now on the FOX broadcast network.

"It’s been a long year. A lot has happened. And for the very first time, Donald Trump and I sit down together and discuss it all," Megyn Kelly said.

In the preview clip above, Trump is asked whether the anger he expressed at Kelly during the GOP campaign was "real or strategy."

Trump answered that he has "great respect" for Kelly for reaching out to him for a meeting.

"To me, I would not have done that. I don't say that as a positive. I think it's a negative for me," said Trump.

Watch the sneak peek above and don't miss the interview on "Megyn Kelly Presents" on the FOX broadcast network on Tuesday, May 17 at 8:00pm ET

And you can see more clips from the big interview on The Kelly File on Fox News at 9:00 ET.
