A man who has already been deported from the United States four times was arrested again in Delaware.

Officers in the First State were quite familiar with Richard Diaz-Garcia, since he's reportedly been arrested and subsequently deported from there at least four times since 2000.

This time Garcia was nabbed carrying a bag containing $5,000 in cash.

The Feb. 1 arrest of the Dominican Republic citizen was reported for the first time this weekend after court documents were made public.

He was transferred to ICE custody following the arrest.

Garcia's first arrest was in 1999 for possession with intent to distribute cocaine and resisting arrest. He was sent back to D.R. in 2000, but two years later he returned to Delaware.
