Hume: Trump Still Has 'Work to Do' to Rally Conservatives
Following Donald Trump's win in the Indiana primary, Brit Hume said the race for the Republican presidential nominee is "basically over."
Hume said the most notable thing about Trump's win tonight is that it continues a pattern of increasing margins of victory.
"He now bears the same kind of earmark that you used to see in frontrunners who went on to win in the past," he said tonight on America's Election HQ.
Hume also said that Trump needs to begin trying to rally more conservatives to his campaign.
"He hasn't really embarked on that task yet, except for a couple of speeches which were generally well reviewed. ... He's got work to do."
