'She's Not Above the Law!': Judge Jeanine, Geraldo Battle on Hillary's Emails

Herridge: Top Senators Not Allowed Access to Classified Info in Hillary's Emails

The Outnumbered hosts - Andrea Tantaros, Harris Faulkner, Stacey Dash, Melissa Francis and Peter Johnson Jr. - weighed in this afternoon on some new developments on the Iranian nuclear deal and Guantanamo Bay.

Secretary of State John Kerry admitted in an interview yesterday that some of the $150 billion - unfrozen as part of the agreement - will end up in the hands of terrorist organizations.

"I think that some of it will end up in the hands of the IRGC or other entities, some of which are labeled terrorists," he said, referring to Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps. "You know, to some degree, I'm not going to sit here and tell you that every component of that can be prevented."

Tantaros said Kerry continues to show "foolish naiveté" when it comes to the Iranian regime.

She pointed out that it's unknown what kind of "side deals" the administration negotiated with Tehran.

"The ones that we do know are pretty darn bad, so what's in the side deals?"

Johnson Jr. added that the U.S. also paid an additional $1.7 billion to Iran for interest on the assets that had been frozen.

Meantime, two more detainees have been released from Guantanamo, while a third man insisted he'd rather stay than be sent to an unfamiliar country.

One of the men who was released, Abdul Aziz Abdullah Ali al Suadi, has been described as an explosives trainer for Al Qaeda who in 2008 was still considered a potential high risk to the U.S.

The White House has long claimed that the detention facility must be closed because it's a recruitment tool for terrorists.

But Tantaros highlighted that the new ISIS magazine has no mention of Guantanamo Bay.

"It's just such false propaganda and you have to wonder why they are doing it and doing that to the military families that have lost loved ones looking to put these guys in jail," she said.

Dash said she wants to hear Obama actually have to answer questions about why these individuals are being released and why this deal with Iran was made.
