Fiery Bristol Palin Slams Ted Cruz, Says Mom Should 'Endorse Trump'
Bristol Palin slammed Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) in a blistering blog post today that expressed the hope that her mom, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, would endorse Donald Trump.
In the blog post, which was then shared by Gov. Palin on Twitter, Bristol accused the Cruz campaign of "turning against" her mother after rumors began to spread that Palin would endorse Trump.

“I like Cruz,” Bristol Palin begins, adding that she believes “anyone’s better than Hillary Clinton.”
“But here’s the thing, Sen. Cruz. My mom has consistently supported you and encouraged you. You’ve been a great advocate for conservative causes, and she’s stood by you when others haven’t," she wrote.
Things changed when rumors began of Sarah Palin potentially endorsing Donald Trump for president, wrote Bristol.
“The rumors were enough to cause staffers from Ted Cruz’s office to slam my mom.”
“Cruz’s flip-flop, turning against my mom who’s done nothing but support and help him when others sure didn’t, shows he’s a typical politician,” she said.
“After hearing what Cruz is now saying about my mom, in a negative knee-jerk reaction, makes me hope my mom does endorse Trump,” Bristol concluded.
Trump's campaign has said he will have a "major announcement and a very special guest in attendance" at his 6:00pm ET rally in Iowa later today.
According to reports, a private jet flew from Alaska to Iowa last night, not far from where the Trump campaign event will be held in Ames.
The same plane then flew to Tulsa, which also happens to be the site of a Trump rally tomorrow, Shepard Smith reported.
Meantime, Cruz reiterated this afternoon on Twitter that he "loves" Palin.
I love @SarahPalinUSA Without her support, I wouldn't be in the Senate. Regardless of what she does in 2016, I will always be a big fan.
