Watters' World Goes Holiday Shopping!


It appears the mayor of Plantation, Fla., is acting like a Scrooge this holiday season.

The city is suing residents Kathy and Mark Hyatt over their massive Christmas display, which is on their private property.

In the spirit of Christmas, "The Factor" sent Jesse Watters down to The Sunshine State to get to the bottom of this controversy.

But the city has argued the light show is a public nuisance and filed a lawsuit to shut it down. The show is going on this year while the lawsuit progresses.
