MD Man Accused of Receiving $9K from ISIS to Stage U.S. Terror Attack

Authorities have arrested an unusual suspect who is accused of randomly stabbing a woman in the neck.

Rohinie Bisesar is a 40-year-old financial advisor with an MBA degree, but had no previous criminal record, according to Fox 8.

Surveillance footage purportedly shows the suspect walking through a Toronto pharmacy before suddenly stabbing the woman in the neck.

Police believe she did not know the victim, who later died from the attack, according to local reports.

They now say that the previous charges of attempted murder and aggravated assault will be upgraded.

In another bizarre twist, Bisesar allegedly confessed the crime through email, Heather Nauert said this morning.

“Something has been happening to me and this is not my normal self,” stated an email reportedly sent from an address with Bisesar’s name.

"I am sorry about the incidence. I felt the need to be extreme to see if it would work. I would normally not do such a thing."

Bisesar is due back in court tomorrow.
