Investigators: Wife in San Bernardino Massacre May Have Been 'an Operative'

On "Hannity" tonight, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani reacted to the news that yet another detainee released from Guantanamo Bay has returned to the life of terror.

According to a new report, Ibrahim al-Qosi, who worked for Usama bin Laden, is now an Al Qaeda leader operating in Yemen, three years after he was released from the U.S. military facility.

"There is no reason why anyone at Gitmo should have been let go," Giuliani told Sean Hannity.

Giuliani pointed out that it's long been known that a decent amount of detainees released - at least 33 percent, he said - would return to their terrorist roots upon their release.

Giuliani said that in the case of al-Qosi, in particular, the prosecutor even predicted that he would return to hostilities.

"This is the reason we shouldn’t close down Guantanamo," Giuliani said. "In fact, we should be putting more people there."
