President Obama and Hillary Clinton aren't capable of defeating ISIS because they have no intention of even trying, Ted Cruz said on "Hannity" tonight.

"They won't even acknowledge the enemy," the Texas senator said, pointing out that both Obama and Clinton have refused to utter the words "radical Islamic terrorism."

He said that ISIS can indeed be defeated, but it will take a strong commander-in-chief.

"If I am elected president, I will make unequivocally clear to the world, we will destroy ISIS," Cruz stated.

He explained that he would accomplish that by utilizing overwhelming air power and arming the Kurds.
