Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) went "On The Record" tonight and said that she was disinvited from tonight's Democratic debate after calling for more of them.

Gabbard, the vice chair of the Democratic National Committee, said Monday that she was told her vocal support for more debates had made her "no longer welcome to come to the debate."

Although DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz has since claimed that Gabbard was not disinvited, Gabbard confirmed to Greta Van Susteren that she was.

She said she believes more debates are good for democracy, but she wants to keep the focus tonight on the five candidates who will be participating in the debate.
