The 3-year-old mayor ran on the campaign promise of free ice cream for everyone.

His older brother said he decided to help with James’ campaign because “he didn’t know much at first.”

Bobby said he also offered some advice to his little brother on how to be a good mayor.

“I told him don’t be mean, no poopy talk, and don’t hit people,” Bobby said.
