A fifth undercover video has now been released showing a Planned Parenthood official in Texas discussing the harvesting of fetal organs.

Shannon Bream reported on the new footage posted today by the Center for Medical Progress.

In the clip, Melissa Farrell, director of research for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, guarantees that fetuses can be kept intact during an abortion.

“If we alter our process and we are able to obtain intact fetal cadavers, then we can make it part of the budget. ... It’s all just a matter of line items,” Farrell told actors who were posing as buyers of fetal tissue for medical research.

Bream highlighted the fact that federal law prohibits abortion providers from altering the timing, methods or procedures used to terminate a pregnancy solely for the purposes of obtaining tissue.

The video comes one day after the Senate voted down legislation to defund Planned Parenthood.

Top Democrats and the White House have defended the organization, arguing that the videos have been deceptively edited. Planned Parenthood maintains that it does not profit from the fetal tissue donations.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) weighed in this morning on the Senate vote and the next steps in the effort to defund Planned Parenthood.

He said he'll continue to press on with the effort, disputing Democrats' arguments about all of the other women's health services provided by the organization.

"Planned Parenthood is about abortion and now we find out it's about the grisly sale of babies' organs," said Paul.

Paul said right now Democrats are "stonewalling" any funding limitations on Planned Parenthood, raising the possibility that the showdown could lead to a government shutdown.

"I think it would be the Democrats shutting down government if they're unwilling to accept a Republican majority's instructions on how to spend the money," he said.
