Noviello said that Farah Parks checked into a hotel using a credit card with her own name but Noviello’s account number. He used his iPhone to film his encounter with Parks as she was arrested by police.

"You picked the wrong guy," he said before asking her to help other consumers by revealing how she stole his credit card information.

Parks repeatedly declined to comment on camera, but she did tell Noviello, “I just made bad choices, I’m aware of that and I apologize.”

Noviello said that he hopes Parks’ arrest will lead to a larger scale operation.

He also recommends that consumers sign up for fraud alerts with their credit card companies.
