Donald Trump went "On The Record" tonight and blasted President Obama's claim that he would win a third term as commander-in-chief if he could run again.

"I actually think I'm a pretty good president," Obama said during his address before the African Union on Tuesday. "I believe if I ran again, I could win."

"I think he would fail miserably if he ran again. I would beat him so easily," Trump told Greta Van Susteren. "Obama would get creamed if he ran again."

Trump added that he actually would love to run against Obama.

"People are tired of these politicians," Trump said. "We need energy, we need enthusiasm, and we need a much tougher tone."
