Funny Police 'Arrest' Meteorologist for Giving Chilly Summer Forecast
The sunny summer weather hasn't made its way just yet to Newfoundland, Canada.
In fact, the city is suffering from its coldest July in nearly two decades with temperatures not rising above 59 degrees Fahrenheit.
One news station jokingly sent their meteorologist to the slammer for giving such a chilly summer forecast to viewers.
The video shows a Canadian police officer interrupting NTV meteorologist Eddie Sheer's forecast, telling him he's being detained for the bad weather report.
Sheer was "charged" with impersonating a meteorologist, failing to provide the essentials of summer – sunshine, good forecasts and blue skies – and trafficking in rain, drizzle, and fog.
