It seems like every week this baseball season we see a fan make an unbelievable catch of a foul ball.

There's been a mom holding a toddler, a dad with a baby strapped to his chest, and now we have a dad snagging a pop-up while cradling his baby son.

The Cubs fan literally snagged the ball right out of the glove of Dodgers first baseman Adrian Gonzalez.

After a replay, the umpires ruled fan interference and the Cubs batter was called out.

Still, it was one heck of a catch. ESPN caught up with Keith Hartley, who was holding his 7-month-old son, Isaac.

Hartley said he reached for the ball because he was concerned it could ricochet and strike Isaac.

ESPN reports

"I saw Twitter," he said. "My Twitter is going insane. A friend from work gave us these tickets as a gift, and I probably have 15 emails in the first 10, 15 minutes."

What was going through his head as he went for the ball with his son in tow?

"Baseball is not a new thing to me," he said. "I didn't want it to hit the ledge and hit him, so I wanted to make first contact, I think."
