Taya Kyle, the widow of "American Sniper" Chris Kyle, appeared on "Outnumbered" today to weigh in on a variety of topics, including Hillary Clinton's "lack of morality," and to discuss her book, "American Wife: A Memoir of Love, War, Faith, and Renewal."

Kyle reacted to reports that the Hillary Clinton campaign is trying to lower expectations ahead of the Democratic primaries. Kyle said that there's no doubt that Clinton has long been a master manipulator.

"She's been very, very successful at doing that," Kyle stated.

"That is so frustrating to me. The fact that we're talking about Hillary Clinton doing anything, especially leading our country, is so frustrating to me, because of her lack of morality, because of her lack of concern and compassion," Kyle said.

"God forbid if she got elected."

Kyle also reacted to calls for the removal of the Confederate flag from statehouse grounds in South Carolina in the wake of the Charleston church massacre.

Kyle said that she's not a fan of political correctness, but acknowledged that removing the flag would send a strong message.

"It's not harmful to bring it down and put it in a museum, because it has, unfortunately, become a symbol of something that I don't think it originally stood for," Kyle said.

She added that although taking down the flag would send a message, it wouldn't solve the core problem.

"Racism is alive and well in some areas and taking down the Confederate flag isn't going to stop it."

The "Outnumbered" panel praised Kyle for her memoir, "American Wife," which tells the other half of her and her late husband's story.

Kyle explained that in most of the "American Sniper" book and film, it seems like she's always crying.

"But most of our life, we were laughing," she said. "The relationship was good."

"'American Wife' is a great book," Andrea Tantaros said. "If you've seen 'American Sniper,' you've got to follow up to get to know Taya. It's also very funny and gives a look behind the scenes, which you didn't get to see as much in 'American Sniper,' the happier parts."
