Three people were hospitalized Monday evening after a car crash sent an SUV careening into the bedroom of a teen girl with special needs.

According to police, a Jeep collided head-on with another vehicle and slammed into the suburban Philadelphia home.

A home care nurse who was pinned by debris, the teen and the driver of the Jeep were taken to the hospital where they were all reported to be in stable condition. Despite being pinned, the nurse reportedly only had cuts and bruises.

Police said the Jeep driver will not face charges in the crash.
