Becoming Valedictorian Certainly Runs in This N.C. Family
One North Carolina family boasts not one, not two, but three valedictorians!
Ryan, Evan and Sean Kramer were all named valedictorian at North Lenoir High School just years apart.
The three men and proud mom Jeannine Haigler were on “Fox and Friends” this morning to discuss the family’s inspiring feat.
Ryan, who just graduated from the University of North Carolina, was the first to become valedictorian. Then, Sean, who now studies at North Carolina State University, followed in his big brother's footsteps. This year, Evan was named valedictorian.
Evan, who plans to study psychology at UNC Chapel Hill, said his brothers set a high precedent.
Ryan praised his mother during this morning’s interview with Elisabeth Hasselbeck.
“Mom just gave us all kinds of love throughout high school […] she’s such a sweet lady,” he said.
“I don’t know how they did this, it was not anything that their dad and I ever demanded [...] it just kind of happened,” their mom said.
She added that there are no words to describe how proud she and her husband are of their three sons.
“They’re just really great guys, they really are,” she said.
