Former Navy SEAL Officer Leif Babin said this morning on “Fox and Friends” that it’s “not surprising” that President Barack Obama said the U.S. does not yet have a “complete strategy” to defeat ISIS.

“This is an evil enemy, we know how to defeat this enemy, and there's just been no political will at the absolute top,” Babin said, explaining that Obama and the secretary of defense haven’t allowed troops to “go in and do what they need to do.”

Babin said that a small number of the right combat forces could have a massive impact in the fight against ISIS.

“ISIS is not the 20-foot-tall enemy that they've kind of been made out to be,” he said.
