The United States Army's website appears to have been hacked by the Syrian Electronic Army (SEA).

Shepard Smith reported that SEA, who are a group of hackers that support the Syrian government, posted photos to its Twitter account claiming that it was responsible for the attack on army.mil.

SEA redirected the Army's website to a page that read "Hacked by the Syrian Electronic Army."

The group reportedly targets any site that they consider to be critical of Syria's government.

Smith said that the Army's website is currently down.
