An Arizona man uploaded a video to YouTube that shows a very young child driving an SUV in rush hour traffic in Phoenix. It has quickly gone viral and outraged people across the country.

The video shows the SUV roll up to a stoplight with its windows down.

"Dude, you're gonna get someone [expletive] killed, man," the man behind the camera says through his passenger side window.

An adult in the passenger seat replies that he has his hand on the emergency brake.

"That’s not safe, man. Come on, dude. It’s rush hour, dude, there’s a lot of cars," the man with the camera says.

Fox 10 Phoenix reached out to law enforcement authorities, and they are looking into the incident.
