Chef Todd Berry was on the fast track to success in one of the pinnacles of the restaurant industry.

A classically-trained chef, Berry was working at four-star kitchens in New York City.

That changed when he had to take a job at a chain restaurant to support his family in Ohio.

"It wasn’t me. I just wasn’t happy, you know. I did it for other people and I was like you know it is time, it is time to do my own thing," said Berry.

On My America, Elisabeth Hasselbeck found out why Berry made the drastic move and why he's not at all questioning his decision.
