In his Talking Points Memo tonight, Bill O'Reilly weighed in on how President Barack Obama is doing in the fight against terror.

O'Reilly said that America's power overseas is in a free fall decline and that the "war on terror is the worst situation."

"ISIS savages are creating mass chaos throughout the Middle East, Northern Africa and now Nigeria," O'Reilly stated. "Even though President Obama promised to confront ISIS and downgrade it, that has not happened. ISIS continues to expand, murdering thousands of people, creating chaos wherever it goes."

O'Reilly noted that Obama gave the commencement address on global climate change to the graduating class at the Coast Guard Academy last week, but he did not talk about how ISIS has expanded into Afghanistan.

"The northern part of that country, now a free-fire zone as the Taliban and other Islamic militants seize territory from the government," O'Reilly said. "In fact, there are very few victories in the war on terror these days."

"Syria [is] under siege by ISIS, Iraq [is] tottering as ISIS controls about a third of the country, Yemen [has] no functioning government, Libya [has] no functioning government," O'Reilly stated.

He added that in Nigeria, ISIS is aiding Boko Haram, and they are threatening to destabilize that country.

O'Reilly quipped that Obama and his Democrat "acolytes" continue to insist that they have a handle on the terror problem.

O'Reilly stated that the whole world is changing and that the jihad is advancing.

He asserted that the United States is reluctant to use its power and that NATO and other Western countries don't want to "confront evil either."

"Talking Points is simply aghast that the American foreign policy is so bad," O'Reilly shared. "But in the end, it all comes back to President Obama, the most reluctant commander-in-chief this nation has ever had ... By withholding American power abroad, the president is plunging the world into a very dark place."
