At least two teens are in custody and more are expected to be arrested after 61-year-old Richard Fletcher was attacked in front of his home.

Fletcher’s neighbor, Georgia Bartrum, was on “Fox and Friends” this morning to discuss the shocking ordeal. She said that students from Baltimore Community High School were passing through their neighborhood to get to the bus when two teens started fighting on top of Fletcher’s truck.

“He went out basically to tell them to please get off his truck, and when he did, he was then attacked, brutally attacked,” she said.

Bartrum said that about 39 students were involved in the attack that left Fletcher with a brain bleed, two broken eye sockets, a broken nose, broken ribs and lacerations.

Bartrum and other members of the community started a GoFundMe page to raise money for Fletcher’s medical bills. They have raised more than $17,000 to-date.
