Tom Brady's agent said Thursday night on "Hannity" that he doesn't know what to expect when it comes to possible league discipline for the Super Bowl-winning quarterback over "Deflate-Gate."

Don Yee said the NFL's decisions on discipline have been "spotty" and "frenetic" in recent years.

The newly-released Wells report concluded that it's "more probable than not" that Patriots personnel deliberately deflated game balls and "more probable than not" that Brady knew about it.

Yee said the words "more probable than not," written by a law firm, only express 50.1 percent opinion about what went on, but not facts.

The independent report on “Deflate-Gate” also included text messages between a Patriots locker room attendant and equipment assistant, discussing the deflation of game balls.

The text messages between locker room attendant Jim McNally and equipment assistant John Jastremski seem to indicate that Brady knew what was going on with the game balls.

In one text exchange, McNally said, “Tom sucks... [I’m] going make that next ball a [expletive] balloon.” Jastremski replied, “Talked to him last night. He actually brought you up and said you must have a lot of stress trying to get them done...”

Hannity said the messages seem "pretty damning" when it comes to Brady's previous assertion that he had no idea about how the balls came to be deflated.

Yee contended that the report provides no context for the text messages.

"If I took your cell phone Sean, and said 'I'm going to clip out an excerpt of a text discussion you're having with a close personal friend.' I believe that conversation could be subject to a number of interpretations because people don't know the exact dynamic between you and your friend," said Yee.

The "Deflate-Gate" scandal, as it came to be known, erupted in late January after the Patriots' victory over the Colts in the AFC Championship Game.

It was determined after the game that Brady was using footballs that were deflated below the league's minimum allowable level.
