On "Special Report" tonight, Charles Krauthammer reacted to the Clinton camp's most recent efforts to debunk the allegations made in "Clinton Cash," including former President Bill Clinton's comments that he doesn't regret the Clinton Foundation accepting millions of dollars of foreign cash.

"Bill used to be the champion dodger and weaver," Krauthammer said. "He's really off his form. I don't know if he just had a bad day or if he's in decline as a dodger and a weaver, but that was not a good performance."

Krauthammer also asked where Hillary Clinton is during all of this controversy.

"First they put out their stooges to defend them, then their daughter, then the husband, and [Hillary's] sort of hiding in the bunker," Krauthammer said.

He added that recent polls reveal that Democrats are holding on to Hillary as a candidate, while independents and swing voters are souring on her.

"This is not good for her," Krauthammer said.
