Analysts are warning that terrorists could bring down planes by hacking into aircrafts' Wi-Fi or in-flight entertainment systems.

Cyber security expert and One World Labs founder Chris Roberts said it’s a possibility, but it would take work and research. He added that the FAA is not ready for this threat.

Roberts said his research has focused on the possibility of passengers on the plane hooking up to the in-flight entertainment systems. Theoretically, hackers could leave devices behind and remotely access the in-flight WiFi, too.
