Nickelodeon is under fire for showing a topless woman in an episode of a cartoon show.

During a March 5 airing of "Oggy And The Cockroaches," a woman's bare breasts were revealed during the (Un)happy Camper! episode and were visible as protagonist Oggy opens the door of a camper van.

The episode has since been removed from its schedule and website after a number of outraged parents complained to the network.

One father told TMZ that his 8-year-old son spotted the topless woman. He said that "he was extremely unhappy and was forced to have a female anatomy talk" with his son.

The "Outnumbered" panel weighed in today about the controversial scene in the popular kids show.

Rep. Sean Duffy (R-WI) questioned why the image was in the cartoon in the first place since the show is about cockroaches.

"My question is what sickos are working at Nickelodeon and are putting together these shows for little kids?" Duffy questioned. "I mean putting a bare breasted lady on the wall is absolutely unacceptable."

Jedediah Bila added that parents should screen films and tv shows before letting their children watch.
