Police are searching for a man who was caught on surveillance video carrying a toddler, while running down a street in an apparent kidnapping attempt Sunday.

KCPQ reported that a babysitter allowed three children to go play unsupervised in a Sprague, Wash. park, when a man snatched 22-month-old Owen Wright from a stroller.

The surveillance video shows the boy's young sister and brother chasing the suspect down a street. The suspect then sat the toddler down in a vacant lot, leaving him unharmed.

Lincoln County Sheriff Wade Magers said officers don’t have any leads in the search. Authorities don't think the man is a resident of Sprague, the Associated Press reported.

Police are asking anyone with information on the suspect to call (509) 725-3501.
