Accusations are surfacing against a potential 2016 Republican presidential candidate.

A San Francisco Chronicle columnist says former Hewlett Packard CEO Carly Fiorina owes nearly $500,000 to creditors from her failed 2010 Senate campaign against California Sen. Barbara Boxer.
