Cardinal Dolan Shares His Powerful Christmas Message
Getting in the holiday spirit may be a challenge for some people this year with all the dark events occurring around the world at the moment.
Cardinal Timothy Dolan, the Archbishop of New York, appeared on "Fox and Friends" this morning to share his powerful, uplifting Christmas message.
Cardinal Dolan said much like the days grow longer after the shortest, darkest day of the year, Dec. 21, the darkness in the world will soon be replaced by light.
"Men and women are innately resilient, we're innately hopeful. And I think God has planted that within. And the darker the time, the more that light comes through."
Cardinal Dolan said that Christmas brings out the best in us, and it's a great time for many who have lost their faith to "come home."
