ObamaCare faces its next big test today, the first deadline for the 2015 enrollment season. Sign-ups continue until mid-February, but anyone who wants to be covered on January 1 must enroll by midnight PT tonight.

In the meantime, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) has issued a subpoena for more documents from ObamaCare architect Jonathan Gruber, particularly anything related to his work on the Affordable Care Act.

On "Outnumbered" today, Andrea Tantaros said it's great that Issa is getting more information from Gruber, such as if he knows Nancy Pelosi, if he has met with President Obama and if he is going to give back the hundreds of thousands of dollars he received for consulting on ObamaCare.

"But again there is one question that matters and that is: Is that you in that video, Jonathan Gruber?" Tantaros said.

"Did you say in fact that you intentionally set up the law so that states would be forced into taking those exchanges? You need to nail him and pin him down on that, you need get him on video, so that Justice [John] Roberts and the others can see that and influence that Supreme Court decision. It is the only way to unravel ObamaCare."

Jedediah Bila pointed out how much trouble the Obama administration has gone through to sell ObamaCare.

If this product was so great, wouldn't it sell itself? Bila asked.
